Shayne Smith, broker, of Homestead Real Estate has been serving the Mason Hill Country area in real estate for the past 21 years. Originally from Llano County, a landowner herself, Shayne is familiar with the ins and outs of real estate. After graduating from Llano High School in 1996, Shayne went to San Angelo and attended Angelo State University and majored in Business. She there met her husband, Jim Bob Smith, of Mason and wed in 1998. Shayne has two daughters Steeley Smith, a Texas Tech ag communications graduate, and Sterling Smith, a senior at Mason High School. The family resides on their sixth generation family ranch South of Mason. Jim Bob is the manager of Mason Feed Store in Mason.
